Assistant Superintendent – Charlotte, NC
Rodgers has an opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent in Charlotte, NC.
Requirements / Experience
- 4-year Construction base degree, or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
- 1-2 years field experience is desired
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Ensuring that all projects are performed in accordance with contract and quality standards
- Leads, directs and coordinators the work of subcontractors
- Maintaining daily paperwork: timecards, field reports, RFIs and E-mail coordinators
- Enforce strict safety practices
- Maintaining or assist in maintaining material usage logs
- Participate in Job Progress meetings
- Participating in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency using various IT devices and programs, Laptop PCs, tablets, MS Office
- OSHA 10-hour course
- Participate in field quality control
- Complete punch list check-off
